The spinach smoothie has got to be one of the healthiest possible smoothies that you can make fast on a daily basis in your own kitchen. Banana

As you can see the nutritional value of the spinach smoothie is very good. In fact if you have these every morning you will likely begin seeing better results after your exercises as well as in life.
